While most people would argue having a life you love will make you happy, I would argue that happiness will help you to create a life you love. For example, starting each day by thinking of all the things you have to be thankful for is one way to put your mind on the right track. The world seems dark and scary, but by practicing mindfulness we experience more fully both the positive and the negative — we are more fully engaged in our lives.
